Ultava Houses is located in Old Datça, unique neighborhood of the Datça Peninsula,
where is the most beautiful region of Muğla, that has been inhabited since ancient times.
With the aim of preserving the history of the land on which it is located, it has been
restored by blending its current state with today’s modern architecture.
The Ultava Houses buildings existed for 15 years as the home of British politician,
actor and writer Lord Michael Maurice Cashman and actor, singer and NGO
supporter Paul Cottigham, before being converted into a hotel. Lord Michael Maurice
